1st Customer Pour Over Competition

Yesss, it is really excited to set up my first ever Pour Over Competition.

Here we are!

The first IHA Pour Over Competition is open to everyone, especially to my customers.

Which means it's not a professional competition but wish everyone can share coffee culture and enjoy.

*There will be 10 competitors perform in the game

Before You Sign Up

The coffee equipment will be provided in shop, however, bring your own will be recommended.
The sign up fee is $10 per person (every applicant will have prize, don't worry about win-lose)

Rule

Everyone will use same bean 15 g, water source, and grinder(Fellow Opus) to perform the coffee
Everyone will have time from prepare, and max 12 mins to perform your coffee with introducing your idea
The judge will give score 1-10 from Aroma, Flavour, After-Taste, Acidity, Body, Balance, Overall.

Prize

Winner will have a $100 worth Green Label Geisha Bean(1/4 pound) from Hacienda La Esmeralda, Panama roasted from Taiwan champion roaster - Stop Over , FELLOW AP OPUS Grinder provided by Caliber Coffee and IHADAY 1st POUR-OVER WINNER Keychain
Second winner will have $40 worth special process Mozart light roast coffee bean(1/4 pound) roasted from Taiwan champion roaster - Stop Over , Hario 60 and Second Winner Keychain
Third winner will have $25 worth specialty coffee bean roasted from Taiwan champion roaster - Stop Over , Hario Mugen Dripper and Third Winner Keychain
More prize will be reveal on competition day!

Due to the limited space, the audience need to sign up at below link to serve your spot
Sign Up fee is $5, show your email receipt to enter
Every audience will also received a IHADAY pour over competition limited keychain (Photo Below)

It is my first to have my own competition. There might be some part I did not do well, I will really appreciate your patience and understanding.

What You Can Expect

Please arrive at 6:30
The order of competent will be emailed ahead
I will show the process by making a coffee for you, so you know what to expect to do later
I will provide also instant stove if your kettle need to heat up by that
The result will be announced right after everyone done
We might record, so you are agree I can use photo and video when you sign up
